Transition to Independance

Transition from secondary school to life is one of the most stressful times in the lives of young adults, but for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders,  this event can be overwhelming.  Many young adults lack the skills and confidence to move from high school to the workplace.

TLC Transition to Independence focuses on preparation for what comes after high school. Adults with ASD who require specific preparation programs and direct support ensuring a  successful transition to the world beyond high-school, enhancing opportunities for employment, volunteering and independence.

This program offers direct support, teaching and individualized coaching based on the needs of each participant. 

Our program will focus on employer expectation, soft skills,  job search, getting hired and keeping a job.
