Fitness days involves a physical participation based on ability in a group environment. Staying active is the goal through group exercise: activities include walking, hiking, skating, bowling....playing together never seems like your exercising. The activities will vary each week depending on weather and group interests.
Supporting adults with a wide variety of developmental disabilities including autism to navigate community supports and programs that meet your individual needs and goals. Helping you achieve independence, giving you the knowledge on options available to you. Collaborating with community agencies and working together for the common goal of inclusion and independence.
Day program galary
In the day program you can expect to learn what your Community has to offer by visiting new places every week as a group activity. Some of our past visits included places such as KISS, Rewind 103.9, CBC radio station, CNIB, OPP K-9, Tom Davies Square...
Health and Wellness is always part of our day with a physical and learning activity to keep our minds an body healthy.

Fitness Day galary
Fitness and Wellness Day is a community based program where participants exercise in group activities.
Exercise is always fun when in a group!
Each week is different and may include participation in swimming, dancing, basketball, badminton, walking, hiking, snowshoeing, skiing, canoeing, kayaking, bowling...all fitness activities are based on participants needs, interest and abilities.
Staying active is good for our mental health and well being!

Cooking Class galary
Cooking and eating on a budget can be tasty and fun especially if your in a group. Based on predetermined recipes we will shop for the necessary items, cook the recipes and share the meal together. An interactive workshop to help you choose inexpensive healthy meals in a team environment.
