Day program
In the day program you can expect to learn what your Community has to offer by visiting new places every week as a group activity. Some of our past visits included places such as KISS, Rewind 103.9, CBC radio station, CNIB, OPP K-9, Tom Davies Square, etc. Health and Wellness is always part of our day with a physical and learning activity to keep our minds an body healthy.




Fitness coaching
Fitness and Wellness Day is a community based program where participants exercise in group activities. Exercise is always fun when in a group! Each week is different and may include participation in swimming, dancing, basketball, badminton, walking, hiking, snowshoeing, skiing, canoeing, kayaking, bowling...all fitness activities are based on participants needs, interest and abilities. Staying active is good for our mental health and well being!





Cooking Classes
Cooking and eating on a budget can be tasty and fun especially if your in a group. Based on predetermined recipes we will shop for the necessary items, cook the recipes and share the meal together. An interactive workshop to help you choose inexpensive healthy meals in a team environment.





Community events
Our Community Events program is all about connection, exploration, and belonging. We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to experience the best of what Sudbury has to offer while building lasting friendships in a supportive group setting.
